Øksendal (or Øksendalsøra) is a village in Sunndal Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located along the Sunndalsfjorden at the northern end of the Øksendalen valley. The village sits about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) northwest of the municipal centre of Sunndalsøra and about 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) southeast of the village of Jordalsgrenda. The village of Ålvundeidet lies about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) to the north (across the fjord).
